Scholibuddy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through the billing portal or by contacting us.

Scholarship Information

Scholibuddy aggregates scholarship information from third-party sources and uses AI to help match you with opportunities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any scholarship listing. You are responsible for independently verifying scholarship requirements and deadlines before applying.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scholibuddy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scholibuddy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
