The Charles B. Shuman Scholarship is available to members of Illinois Farm Bureau, or their child or spouse who reside in Illinois. Graduate or PhD students pursuing research topics on agriculture policy, agriculture marketing, agriculture trade, seed technology issues, or ag production/management practices are welcome to apply. The application period runs January 1 to February 15 each year, with recipients announced on or around May 1.
